The Standard MSP offers a 100% managed, pay-as-you-go fee, to provide UNLIMITED Tech Support to your computer both remotely and with dispatched technicians to your location. DCi will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot problems by phone, remote-control, or on-site support in addition to proactive maintenance and patch management to help you avoid common problems.
The Silver (NBD) MSP plan offers all of the same benefits as the Standard MSP but guarantees that if a technician needs to be dispatched to your location that our technician arrives to your office by 3:00PM on the Next Business Day (NBD).
The Gold MSP is designed for businesses that place a critical emphasis on their computers to keep their business up and running. This MSP offers all of the same benefits as the Silver MSP but guarantees that a technician is on-site within 4 business hours, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely.
